Starting solids with Baby Led Feeding & Preventing/reversing picky eating in toddlerhood

We're here to help make mealtime joyful instead of stressful, at every age and stage.

At My little Eater, you'll find easy-to-follow courses, guies, how-to videos, strategies, and the latest research on feeding babies and toddlers. But most important, you get a team of pediatric dietitians, feeding experts and fellow parents who support you no matter how you choose to feed your little one (whether you decide to ease into solids with purees, go straight to finger foods, or something in between).

We truly believe that confidence as a parent is the key to navigating the ever-changing, confusing world of parenting and nutrition. With the constant bombardment of information in this new age of social media, My Little Eater is the evidence-based solution. We take our responsibility of teaching parents very seriously, and only provide trusted information, in easy-to-consume ways (without a serving of mom-guilt on the side). We challenge age-old guidelines, dig deep with all recommendations we make, get curious about all angles on a topic, and simplify the theoretical into practical “how-to’s” that make feeding an easy, step-by-step process.

The Results You'll Get

Our work is easy when we see the outcomes it achieves! Take it from these moms who took our course(s) and transformed their anxiety into confidence that they can raise healthy little eaters!

“Before I started this course I was overwhelmed at the idea of introducing solids to my baby. I didn’t know where to start, what foods to focus on, how much food to offer, etc. I wanted to ensure my baby was getting enough of the right nutrients, wanting to expose him to a variety of different tastes/textures. I was really afraid to move off of purées due to fear of choking. My Little Eater proved to be friendly, no judgement. I liked that Edwena presented a mixed approach. She really gave me the confidence to advance different textures and move onto finger foods faster than I would have otherwise. Since completing the course I’m more adventurous with what I feed my baby. He’s experiencing many different textures and flavors now. I also have more confidence in building balanced plates at each meal and really look forward to feeding my son.”

“I just need to write to tell you how thankful I truly am for your content and courses. Because of you I was able to feed my baby with such confidence and push through all the stresses and anxieties that come with feeding a baby solids, especially as a first time mom. My little man is now 17 months old and eats practically everything and always tastes anything new put in front of him. I get soo many comments on how great of an eater he is and we don’t have any stress when it comes to talking him out and about for meals. You gave me the confidence to continue with baby led feeding even against what others thought was unsafe eating and now the confidence to let him explore food and put nor pressure on mealtimes for him. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!”

“Edwena is clear, concise, informative, research-based and extremely knowledgeable and approachable. My favorite thing about My Little Eater is how they walk us through different feeding experiences. With their guidance, I was amazed at what my daughter would eat - and still eats to this day! The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that I feel empowered at meal times. I have the knowledge and expertise to execute a comfortable and inviting eating environment for my daughter.”
